# Get subscription statuses

Merchants have two ways to be informed about statuses of their subscriptions (someone subscribed, paid and so on):

* Telegram group. The easiest option. Yoki team creates it with the subscription and gives merchant an invite link and merchant receives messages like this:

<div data-full-width="false"><figure><img src="/files/LKK3Jby1yCmIkzUoZezx" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* [API integration](/docs/subscription-payments/for-merchant/api-integration.md) via webhooks. That's when merchant needs more than just a Telegram group. Send notifications to email, WhatsApp, display the status in your SaaS – sky's the limit! In this case, all processing is done by merchant – we just send a webhook that merchant will handle. In this case, if merchant still wants to receive notifications into a Telegram group, they can [implement it themselves](/docs/subscription-payments/for-merchant/api-integration/sending-to-telegram-group.md). If merchant needs external developer bandwidth to implement the integration into their website/app, Yoki has a trusted development partner company. Please let us know if you need this option.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://yokifinance.gitbook.io/docs/subscription-payments/for-merchant/get-subscription-statuses.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
